Trato familiar, muy agradables. El sitio es muy acogedor, precio súper correcto, mucha calidad. Recomiendo la carrillera, de lo mejor!
El queso Idiazabal es una de las maravillas gastronómicas de Guipuzcoa, así que no puedes dejar de probarlo. Son muchos los pastores que tienen por la zona una quesería para probarlo, pero si quieres hacerte una idea general y que conocerlo tienes que visitar este centro de interpretación donde te explicaran el proceso de elaboración, las características de las ovejas, que lo hace especial y por supuesto podrás probarlo.
