How can you eat from your... read more For the second time in a row we were told that they were from Sierra, our favorite cut of pork for spice roast. This is her specialty! How can you eat from your signature? We were offered cutletts instead. My wife's cutlet was not to eat, nothing but bones and fat. Mine was a little better, but certainly not worth the price.

Always looking for new places and always check with the locals for where to find the best Spiessbraten. Flugplatz restaurant, for many years now, always...comes up as the best place. On our latest trip to the area, we tried another restaurant and were disappointed. Six of us then went to the Flugplatz and everyone of our Spiessbratens were excellent.
