Crust Pizza Idalia

One told a 20 mintue wait for a pizza after the 20 mintues pastness had said the pizza had to be re-made and there would be another 5 minutes (what other 10.) they have upgraded the pizza and given a free dessert for the delay. the pizza was not good, however, and most of them were thrown into the container. had gone too much sauce, and the pizza that was ordered was black meat and shoved, there was hardly any shiny and there should be thin slices of birne, but there was only a thick piece of birne in the middle of the pizza dumped. crust at idalia is clearly not on the standard that the willows is crust, and I would not recommend or go back. very disappointed.

Was recommended to deliver our pizza in 50 minutes and lasted 90 minutes, I literally live 10 minutes away.

Took an hour to deliver when they said 30 minutes. Food was cold. Delivery driver was sent out with no change, had to wait for the driver to come back with my change.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Waited over 2 hours for a delivery that NEVER ARRIVED. Never ever will I be back.
