Papa Johns Pizza - Idaho Falls

I enjoyed their deals staff especially one of the managers Rachel is incredibly nice and outgoing the male manager that works nights could work use some work on his customer service skills but he still does a good job

Pizza is pretty decent. The sauce is fresh and I like the garlic dipping sauce they give you. They do make a lot of mistakes but will fix it.

We love Pappa John's. For being a chain take out pizza joint, it's pretty good. I appreciate the hot pepper and garlic butter sauce that comes with every pizza! This location is always fast and has friendly service!! I particularly enjoyed the zesty Italian pizza with stuffed pepperoni crust. It's no hand tossed brick oven that I really love. But it's very tasty for what it is.

I like to the food. Not the best pizza, but in no way the worst. My issue is the service. I tried to order on line and at the cheek out the site said my connection was bad. I used 4 internet lines 2 cell phones, one on a home fiber ling and one on a computer I used by VPN. The issue was the site. Then I made the mistake of calling in my order. I don't know if it was a call center or some one working from home. All I will say about the call was poor service and way to much upselling.

So I order a pizza for my kids the next day with half and half toppings. That being said alone this is not a half and half pizza. The ingredients I ordered were solely because it didn’t give one of my sons a reaction. Now not only were the toppings wrong but also got a steam in our papadias. I also was told on the phone I could only have 50% refund. We argued and I finally agreed and now I can only have a pizza sent to our house. No thanks because I have known and know employees there and they have warned me to not accept the pizza because it is spit on by either the one who is angry or the driver. Yes I contacted corporate
