Yes, they can be very busy, but strongly understated. It's hard for them to keep when our multiple orders come through 10 to 30 pizzas for each order, it's very hard to maintain with everything and when you see that a person makes the food because there aren't enough employees, they try their best, but please understand that they are revised and very stressed. Terrible! I've tried to give this place a chance and they'll make it messed up every time! Don't go back. I order online to make sure it is fresh and it ends look worse than hot n ready! Waited 30 minutes for a pizza. When I walked in they said the wait was 30 to 60 minutes. I wasn't in a hurry so I ordered. Pizza was fine when I got it but I got mine before others that had ordered way before me. They were not busy at all, but the person up front told everyone 30 to 60 minutes for pizza, which turned a lot of people away. Now I worked in the pizza industry for about 8 years and they were just straight up lazy. With how slow it was, they should have had pizza hot and ready. No one should have waited more than 10 to 15 minutes assuming they wanted something not already ready. I was tempted to go make the pizzas myself. I heard the guy claim they were short staff, which with how slow it was they only needed 2 people working and pizzas still should have come out fast. Not sure what the deal was. The employees also kept disappearing to a corner in the shop outside of customers view, including the person up front. It just seemed weird.
They said wait 20-30 minutes. It took an hour to get my order. I never pay for pizza. If the 30-minute mark had gone out. The guy behind the counter always tells people the same waiting time and all about it was just a lie. Even they never have a little hot and ready.
Got a fresh made stuffed crust pepperoni. Not a lot of cheese but way too much pepperoni (I didn't get the extra most bestest). Pizza wasn't cut through properly. This pizza is pure grease. I've never had such a terrible experience with little caesars this is ridiculous. Don't go to this location.
This is the worst I have ever been treated at little Caesar?s. It has been my most favorite pizza place to eat for ever but not any more. First of all the customer service was terrible. The guy looked like he didn?t want to even help me or have anything to do with my order. Also, the music was playing so loud that I couldn?t even hear a word he said. Second, they told me it would be a 10 minute wait and it was more like 25 minutes. Third, when we opened our pizzas we were appalled. These were the most messy, trash pizzas I?ve ever had. On one of my pizzas the pepperonis were only on like 3 pieces and the pizza was very unevenly cut. Not to mention the topping to crust ratio was very bad. There was a very thin layer of topping and basically the whole pizza was only bread.After waiting all that time for this pizza, I was livid when I saw the look of them. Overall I expected way better service and I will not be going there again.
Absolutely ridiculous!! Ordered a pepperoni and pineapple pizza with stuff crust. This looks like half pepperoni and half ran over by a truck! Called to get it fixed and she gave me a number to call. Sat on hold for 20 mins and gave up. Absolutely will not be doing business with this place again. Food sucks! And customer service sucks! I recommend going elsewhere!
