My husband go to Ibiza every year and always go to Sushis several times each visit. ibiza wouldn't be the same without Sushis. he sushi is excellent and the service is flawless. Nica and Amaya are two of the loveliest people we have met on the island and its a pleasure to be guests at their restaurant. My advice to anyone seeking an outstanding dinner in Ibiza? Go to Sushis!

They make the rice perfectly and sushi is served just warm which is the right way. So many places serve too cold which kills the flavour. Good selection of Maki and Umaki rolls. Miso is fine but a little thin. I'd like to taste more depth of dashi and a little more complexity. But it's very cool place and the people are lovely and love their sush!s
