Absolutely terrible customer service... we were told on June 1st, July 18th, July 28th, and August 3rd to call back 1 month before the reservation date we wanted to book for my partner's birthday dinner on 9/28. I tried again today just to check and the customer service rep Charlene told me that all reservations were full that day, despite it not even being a month prior to the date. 29.99 for 3 course meal is a great deal! Place was packed on a Wed afternoon. Lucky to get a reservation last minute. All was excellent except the mac and cheese was dry. Portions were surprisingly good. Deal only Jan April . Recommend. They do add 20% on the bill for the servers. So 60.00 turned into 75.00 people).
