Absolutely terrible customer service... we were told on June 1st, July 18th, July 28th, and August 3rd to call back 1 month before the reservation date we wanted to book for my partner's birthday dinner on 9/28. I tried again today just to check and the customer service rep Charlene told me that all reservations were full that day, despite it not even being a month prior to the date. Her attitude was terrible and she told me someone would reach out by 9/12, so about two weeks before we needed a reservation. Absolutely no help

The students were so knowledgeable and pleasant. The food was beyond expectations. We are already planning our 3rd trip back.

The fried quail is crispy and tender. I really loved it

One the mitchellin star like restaurant , where everything is managed by CIA students . You have to book reservations well in advance, almost one or two months in advance , as spots are hard to find . They change their menu very often , they do very innovative work in making making these dishes . I recommend trying out their cocktails and desserts.
