Despite being a world away from their homeland, the couple brings a taste of Spain to Austral Africa with dishes like Spanish tortilla, Andalusian gazpacho, and ham, alongside African specialties like crocodile stew and ostrich meat. The restaurant is staffed by locals but overseen by Maria and José Luís, who personally welcome Spanish guests and ensure a pleasant dining experience. After dinner, guests are treated to a lively show of tribal music and dances on the terrace, showcasing the vibrant African percussion music that won the main drummer a prestigious contest in South Africa. Each dance performed has its own special meaning, adding to the cultural experience at Lola's Tapas Bar.

Three Spaniards settled in Zimbabwe offering African meats, cooked at home. We tested the zebra burger, the swivel ribs and the impala meats, but you also have crocodile meat and other animals that you probably haven't tried many times more. A place to recommend, no doubt. The less it is curious to try new things.
