Didn't give us fries with the combo, when we asked about it they wanted to argue about it. Then we get home there was no chicken or blue cheese in the salads. Employees were rude and acted like we were inconveniencing them. Tried to call the store multipletimes, no answer and not taking voice-mail. I'd suggest to spend your money else where.
Drive thru was horrible. They never get my order correct. Either I get the salad but no dressing or I get a burger that is never what I order. Can't call they don't answer. Better check before you leave and hold up the drive thru line becausesomething will be missing.
I had to ask the manager to stop allowing the burger guy to stop touching the meat patties without gloves and then he would handle the chicken with bare hands after it was done and put it on a tray and also cooking fries. Hope no one got sick from hisshift.
Asked for extra pickles, is 2 the new extra, this burger also tastes like its been sitting out for 6+ hours
I ordered Wendy's from the drive through on October 24th at around 4 pm. I found my experience to be less than desirable. First the attendant at the window handed me a messy beverage cup with soda all down the side of the cup and pouring out the top whichproceeded to spill into my car, she didn't offer to wipe it off or offer any napkins. I then left the drive through and foundthey hadn't given me all my items so I had to park and go inside. Once inside all of the employees opted to ignore me when Iasked for help, choosing instead to play on their phone or joke with other employees. Finally I discovered when I left thatthey had given me spicy nuggets when I asked for regular. These employees need a strict lesson in respect and customer service.
