Then when I explained he got it wrong, he... read more The guy in the drive thru this evening was rude, can't speak loud enough To understand, and then got our order wrong. Then when I explained he got it wrong, he offered to charge us for the other piece of chicken I originally asked for. I understand he entered it wrong, but then do the right thing customer service wise and give me the other piece for free due to your mistake. Fast food these days is overpriced and everyone wants to get paid more, yet they suck at doing the job correctly. I won't be going back to this location no matter how close it is to my house.

Still it was not very busy at the time and there were several tables that were dirty.The old gentleman that waited on me and my friend was the rudest order taker I have ever encountered in a fast food restaurant. I will pray for him as he must have had a very hard life to be this disgruntled, and belligerent to his customers. We were very patient and polite with him, and he was pushy, gruff, and mean in return.

It's a nugget. If you check the cctv, you'll know. Apparently it didn't even come out, but the grandfather's employee said that he came out.I was really annoyed, but I ate it. We are foreigners. I don't know if that's why it was discriminated against, but it's a place I often go to eat. I won't go there again because that happened, and I'll tell my company people not to go there either. I would be surprised if the founder of kfc knew... The service is truly indescribable.

Not to be told after I paid that the price showing is for chicken only Ishould of read the very fine printed writing down below somewhere? ? prices showing are for chicken only?. I was charged over56$ from what I thought was going to be about 35$ Plus then the young manger girl had a whatever it?s your fault attitude fornot reading the small print. Rude customer service made me feel like I inconvenienced her for even questioning my chargedprice at the window. Not going back this is why it?s hard for me to spend my money in Hutto.
