We arrived early for dinner, but they kindly accommodated us at a table. The fish soup was excellent.

I had fishing the day, the arctic char fish was very similar to...Lax I don't understand how they can kill the taste of the fish by covering it in a broth crumb. I guess that the chef is a big fan of carbs that serves fish in bread crumbs with kartoffels and rice. Unfortunately, not everyone can take such large part of the carbs, I do not definitiw.
