read moreRicey is a Chinese restaurant located in Times Plaza that offers a variety of modern Asian cuisine. While some reviewers were disappointed with slow service and oily food, others praised the delicious dishes like xiao long bao and seafood fried rice. Despite mixed reviews on food quality and service, many diners appreciated the cozy environment and friendly staff. Overall, Ricey seems to have potential for improvement in some areas but still offers a decent dining experience for those looking to enjoy Asian cuisine.
