However, today they mistakenly included cheese in my vegan bowl. I returned to have it replaced, but the restaurant was understaffed and was only processing online orders at that moment. A rather rude customer entered, completely disregarding the large signs explaining the situation, and blocked the walkway. He vented his frustration on the three employees who were just trying to do their jobs. Experiences like this remind me of the importance of staying calm in the face of minor mistakes and appreciating that the staff are working hard under pressure.
