You're doing a really good job. The employees were friendly and the ordering process was easy. Our sandwiches didn't last long and they were freshly made. The dining room was clean and so were the toilets. I'll definitely be back by when I'm in the area. I give them a big thumb!

I mentioned this to an employee,... read more We stopped by this afternoon after lunch. When we received our food, I took a bite of the fries and discovered they were cold. I mentioned this to an employee, who asked customers to eat in the dining room only when everything was satisfactory. After I pointed out that my fries were cold, he promptly disposed of them, and the manager came out to apologize. Honestly, I've never had a fast-food restaurant replace cold fries before, so I really appreciated it. Thank you, Wendy's in Hurricane, for caring about your customers and for replacing my fries with a fresh batch when they were cold!

This place is not only... read more The old Wendy's in Teays Valley has closed (next to McDonald's), and in its place is a brand-new location (next to Valley Veterinarian)! This place is not only new and clean, but they've also added BREAKFAST to their menu, and I can't wait to try it out. The new design features a modern aesthetic with sleek lines and 90° angles, complemented by a color scheme of gray and red, along with plenty of expansive window space. The large windows create a refreshing atmosphere. They still offer all the classic burgers that Wendy's is known for, plus, have I mentioned the new breakfast options? The staff are friendly and seem to enjoy their new roles, which makes for a welcoming experience. The dining area is spacious and has a high ceiling, enhancing the open feel of the space. With windows extending from the ceiling down to the walkway, there's a bright and airy ambiance. If you haven't visited the new and upgraded Wendy's yet, I highly recommend checking it out!

Management should assist the staff in improving efficiency and fostering teamwork. The employees were very friendly and greeted us with beautiful smiles, which made the wait for our food more tolerable. I would definitely return next time.
