They also sto... read more This place is a nightmare. I’m 6 months in my lease and I’m under a person that has no job and 2 aggressive 90 lb pit bulls, pet policy is 35 lbs. They also stomp all evening and through the night. I’ve repeatedly told management and I get they’ve done what they can do and they are sick and not working. They will do nothing to help me and I work a lot of hours. Also the place is very trashy, our halls are always filled w grease strung up and down the stairs or wrappers food diapers shoes etc. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. Good Luck!!

You see the manager and maintenance always walking around. Last place I rented I NEVER saw the manager. I haven't had any issues in my 4 years living here. I also pay my rent on time and try to follow the rules. My only complaint would be the trash compactor, but management does a good job keeping up with it. I would happily compact my trash but they will not give out a key. Anyway I recommend.

The location is very convenient, close to... read more So far, this has been an excellent place to live. Any maintenance issues have been addressed quickly and efficiently. The location is very convenient, close to nearly everything you might need on a daily basis. It’s a wonderful community to be a part of. The costs for electric and gas heating are quite affordable; my electric bill was $109 for the first month, and the gas heat was only $35 in December. The office staff are incredibly friendly and always ready to answer any questions or provide advice. I highly recommend this place!
