I called to express my concern, and they simply responded that the lids come off easily. They really need to address this issue and ensure that the lids stay on securely!

However, what truly caught my attention was the young staff, who handled the busy environment—especially at the drive-through—with remarkable efficiency. They were professional, polite, and well-spoken, which is something you don’t often see in fast food places these days. The BBQ chicken special on Tuesday is fantastic and rivals many barbecue restaurants, all at a very reasonable price considering the current economy.
