We ended up waiting almost 10 minutes before anyone even acknowledged us. The staff seemed preoccupied with conversations in the back, completely ignoring who had walked in. We had to request sauces and napkins again. Additionally, the cleanliness of the place was subpar, as my photos will illustrate. I definitely did not enjoy my experience here.

I was dining in, and the dining area was very dirty. There were no napkins available and only a few straws, mostly for kids. When our food finally arrived, the fries were cold. I had requested sauce and napkins when ordering, but they weren't included in the bag—which seemed odd since we were eating inside. When I asked a woman who appeared to be a manager for what I needed, she ignored me and turned away. Thankfully, a young man nearby overheard and brought me the items. The staff in the back were loud and rude. I also noticed the meat slicer behind the counter was filthy, covered with dried roast beef. Overall, I would not recommend this Arby's based on my experience.

I decided to go inside, where a woman behind the counter greeted me but then walked away as if it was a self-order kiosk. I waited for a while and started writing this review, ready to leave, when someone from the meat-cutting area finally asked if I had been helped. Overall, the wait for what turned out to be a disappointing sandwich was not worth it.
