The girl who prepared my sand... read more It seems like all the good staff have left... I’ve visited this location twice now, and both times I experienced terrible service. The girl who prepared my sandwich was incredibly rude, and it was so noticeable that even my 13-year-old commented on it. I suspect the "manager" is part of the problem; she was unkind to her employees the entire time we were there. The cleanliness of the place was also very disappointing. The area around the soda machine was filthy, there were gnats flying around, and the tables hadn’t been cleaned at all. The only reason I’m giving it a second star is that Ashley, who handled our payment, was polite and actually smiled at us. However, I will not be coming back.

I attempted to call multiple times but didn’t get an answer. *Update* - Eventually, my call was answered, and the employee said he would reach out to the manager and get back to me. He also mentioned that he hadn’t been fully trained, which isn’t necessarily a problem, but having a trainee handle issues without a manager present doesn’t seem right. It’s been almost a day, and I still haven’t heard back. I would not recommend this place.
