The entire staff needs retrained or replaced. I have not had prompt service in the 7 years I've lived in the area. Staff are often rude. You a while wait to order. Then wait a while at the window just to pay. They don't tell you it'll be a moment or apologize. Noone working here seems to have any drive to actually do their job. Extremely unprofessional! got here at 9 pm on a saturday, the sign and website clearly says they close at 10 pm. called 2 times and their response was “we were slow so our owner told us to close early” after driving 20 minutes and wasting all of that time, ridiculous! Service: 1
