The service was outstanding, the portion sizes were generous, and the place was spotless. There was nothing wrong with the restaurant; it simply wasn't to my personal taste.
I had a really unfortunate experience at this Subway—definitely the worst one I've visited. I made my payment through the app at 1:00 PM and was instructed to pick up my order at 1:15 PM. When I got there, I was told there would be a 15-minute delay, which felt untrue. The staff were just hanging around, joking with each other, and one of the employees was even outside smoking. If you're looking for a better sandwich, it's worth the drive to the Preston location; their subs are so much tastier.
