Charleys Cheesesteaks - Huntsville

I will never eat here again. I paid $12 for regular sandwich with hardly anything on it. Asked for sauteed onions, but didn't get them. When they told me the total, I assumed it was for a combo. Didn't even offer a fountain water, only bottle water for $2.50. What a joke. If I wanted steakhouse prices, I'd eat at a steakhouse....

Food was great. 2nd time eating there and both times have been very good. Even though they were busy I still got my food quick. Staff was great. I will be back for a 3rd time and more.

I ordered delivery- That being said the food was underwhelming and really mediocre. Very disappointed. Solid C+. How can anyone mess up a cheesesteak? Check out Charleys and find out for yourself

These workers need training they are rude and ignore u and has false advertisement if they don’t mention the rewards u get a free drink well they didn’t mention it and he didn’t allow me to scan my app to redeem rewards nor did i get a free drink the attitudes are horrible i wish this wasn’t our only Charley’s in Huntsville Alabama! Train your workers on good customer service they chose this job not me !

I paid for my food then ordered ranch after i paid. so i paid again. then i get my food with no ranch and i’m asked to pay again. and the girl just looked stupid anyways
