Burger King - Huntsville

I just order two 16 piece nuggets and two value fries. My fries had NO salt, they asked me what kind of sauce I would like I said BBQ, but I received NO sauce whatsoever. I don't have the time to go back. Very disappointed.

I have been going to this Burger King for many years, and others.. I always get my sandwiches cut in half. I forgot to tell her so when I got to the window I asked if it could be done, she said yes for 10 cents. I said 10 cents?! She said yes. She laughed about it to the coworkers, mind you, I read lips. She even cursed, and then offered me a plastic knife! What a disgrace! I will never go back there again. Get new workers that care about the customers and want to work.

To start with the order taker was rly Rude and not at all helpful in taking the order to begin with, then the lady at the pickup window didn't give us our drinks we ordered and the chicken nuggets were spicy and not at all what we ordered.

First of all, this store is disgusting. Used q-tips on the drink lids, dried soda all over the machines, bathrooms are absolutely terrible (with no soap, so you know the employees are not washing their hands) and dried food on the serving stations. The drink machine in the lobby is out of everything, and floors are slippery everywhere in the store. I stood at the counter trying to get someone to make me drink since the lobby was messed up. That took forever. The only positive is that this location didn't mess up my order, and the fries were fresh.

They were really short staffed. That being said the service was immaculate. The young gentleman that took our order was very polite and even though they were busy he wasn't letting it get to him. The food was fresh and hot including the fries. I just picked up my son and got the family bundle and 2 wraps otw home. It was still hot when my husband got his food. Everyone ate and enjoyed it thank you all for taking care of us.
