Arby's - Huntsville

The mozzarella sticks were soggy and undercooked, and the server didn't provide us with a receipt, which left us unable to exchange them for freshly cooked ones. This was the worst Arby's I've ever visited.

Another factor that kept me from giving a four-star rating was that cars in the drive-thru seemed to be waiting as long as we did. While my wife and I enjoyed our meal at a leisurely pace, I noticed about five or six cars having to wait. This led me to speculate that perhaps the reason the restaurant was so clean was that they were operating with reduced staff, or even shutting down while still open. I can't say for sure if that was the case, but it did put a damper on our evening. Overall, the new fries were good and plentiful, albeit small in size.

I visited the restaurant today around 1 PM, and to my surprise, they were out of roast beef! I couldn't believe it, so I opted for a chicken salad sandwich instead. Here’s what I ended up getting!

I 'm convinced the only thing keeping this place in buisness is their Mocha Shake, because I promise it IS NOT the speedy kitchen or the friendly staff . To be fair, they 're probably short staffed just like everyone else, but if your that short staffed then close!

Super nice lady took my order around 9:00 last night, got it perfect, and served it all fresh! Great experience.
