The noodles were boiled and the chicken was boiled. They also gave me egg rolls when I asked for spring rolls (I was in the restaurant).

While still in the drive-thru, I asked if I could switch my order to white rice and confirmed that the price would remain the same. However, they said no and refused to make the change. It seems the staff needs better training on handling order adjustments before payment. I don't know if it was a lack of knowledge or just laziness on their part. Either way, I hope they didn't take out their frustration on my food!
