Service was painfully slow. Waited minutes before anyone came to the table. I had to go inquire as to who our waiter was. The place has no personality, very lifeless and robotic. After we ordered, we waited another 20 minutes for the appraisers. Shockingly slow. Food was mediocre when it came. Definitely NOT the best Italian restaurant in town. I'm shocked at the reviews. The food was decent. In my opinion, it was overpriced for the lack of flavor. I have had better Italian food for a cheaper price. All of the employees were fantastic. The atmosphere was okay, it can get quite crowded and noisy.
I have been to this restaurant several times, and the quality of the food is excellent, as well as the consistency. It can be a bit noisy, but that is to be expected for a popular restaurant. I will definitely be back when I can secure a reservation that suits my preferences.

We had an exceptional dining experience at Joanina yesterday, with top-notch food and outstanding service.
After celebrating our son's dedication, we ordered a variety of dishes for lunch at our house. Each plate was served hot, incredibly fresh, and absolutely delicious.
