I had an ice cream cake hand-delivered for my son's 4th birthday party, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Although the cake was damaged the day before the party, the team at Baskin Robbins handled it beautifully, even though I was worried at first. They specialize in a unique ice cream cake that includes a baked cake layer, which is really popular in the South but not well known in New York. The shop showed great care in delivering the cake, and the quality of the product was fantastic. I truly appreciated their customer service. Their ice cream is superior to other local spots in Huntington, Greenlawn, and Northport, and the service was excellent. Overall, a wonderful experience!
The service was slow, but the food was tasty. However, the fast food options were not very impressive.
