Chipotle Mexican Grill

I usually love this chipotle but I ordered a bowl and they gave me a burrito it even says bowl on the label of the burrito but because I ordered it online so in just went and picked it and I didn’t check before I left but still like come on

My gf had went to buy food for my son and turns out everything was nasty . Rice was too hard and undercooked , guac old and hot , and the mess that was in the plate as well m I tried calling to let then know that it wasn't acceptable for kids . I'm sorry but if I can I would leave no stars to this location . I only wanted a replacement for my sons food or my money back . Either one ..

Be careful when ordering delivery/pickup from this location! I have ordered delivery directly from the chipotle app and the food is constantly made incorrectly. My sister had ordered veggie burrito but somehow steak was still added. I ordered and PAYED a double meat bowl there was no meat.

Chipotle need to give u more good in the bowl I'm spending all this money on a bowl I need my bowl full they only give u a little food and u got to pay extra money to get what u want y'all need to do better
