A spacious, eclectic noodle shop offering delicious Vietnamese pho (also a spicy chicken ramen which my fiancee got). The traditional pork and shrimp rolls where fairly tasty. I enjoyed the filet mignon pho, it was delicious! Definitely will visit again soon!Food: 5/5

The location on Yelp says Westminster but it's really located in Huntington Beach in the Target shopping center, it rivals any of the best pho noodle places in OC. I'm a repeat customer for years driving across county line to dine here which says a lot for how good it is. They have an expanded menu with pho noodles, appetizers, rice plates, noodle plates, and drinks. My usual favorites are pho filet mignon with turmeric noodles cooked sous vide which makes for very tender melt in your mouth beef and flavorful soup, and the hand ripped spinach noodle dish with your choice of grilled pork, chicken, tofu, and shrimp. They have a customized machine that makes fresh noodles, you can't get any fresher than this.

This one comes with savory pork, cucumber, and jalapeno wrapped in a soft, sandwich like bun. A spicy mayo sauce spreads inside the bun, enhancing its flavor.Shaken Beef Garlic Noodles 4.5/5 The shaken beef is SO good. Very flavorful and tender. The garlic noodles are okay, a bit light, but they come with a good green sauce that you can dip in to elevate the taste.Sweet Potato Fries 4.5/5 Nice and crispy sweet potato fries.Pork Gyoza Dumplings 4/5 Good pork dumplings with a crunchy exterior.Simply Spicy Ramen Special 4/5 The broth is tasty at a medium spicy level. The pork belly topping is so tender. The ramen also comes with a soft boiled egg which I like. The only thing is the noodles are starchy and doughy which take away a lot from the ramen.

Ordered the filet mignon pho. The broth and meat was average but the noodles had a very good texture and taste. I recommend ordering extra noodles next time.

This was the best Pho we have ever had! The noodles were so good! No wonder because they were made homemade. I got the mushroom and tofu Pho, My boyfriend got the fillet mignon Pho, we got pork spring rolls and onion rings. Everything was so delicious! And not to mention the place itself. Clean, modern, comfortable. Food came out quick. We will most definitely be coming back again! 10/10!
