The team at Roundtable provides fantastic customer service! There was a slight discrepancy with my order and the manager Mateo made sure that I got the items that were left off of the order. Also, Charlie the driver came back to our house very quickly even though it’s Friday and I’m sure they are slammed. Roundtable has the BEST pizza and wings. They absolutely deserve 5-stars. What User doesn't like about Round Table Pizza:
ordered online. said it would be done at 5 o'clock, I arrive 5 minutes before and wait in the car. After I waited in and about 5 minutes for one of the high schoolers to help me ask what I need and I show them my order number from my phone. they go to the heat lamp and take my pizza. Pizza was unusable and too salty. the next day a complaining on the website filled. no answer. call them three days later, and the refund is not possible because three days have passed, as if the customer has nothing better, except how to enjoy and work the weekend. I have only spoken to one of the manager (sam k) and I ask the owner to get the botschaft to the owners of the restaurant that this is unacceptable. Yes, I sent a complaint to the office. no answer. I went to the website, there is no call number, except fill out the form. looks like I'll never eat another roundtable pizza. So, I was advised by the credit card company that the best to taste the food before the payment. So, go on, take it a bit before they actually pay it just if they let it take a bit. LOL4/28/2022. by answering the Biz owner, I just sent an email to see a refund of $18. times what they have to say. btw, if they choose to do pick-up order or dine-in, and they don't really see much of a mass on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday afternoon afternoon, not a fool like me and look at them going somewhere else, even if they have to wait 40 minutes on a decent pizza instead of unpredictable. 4/29/2022 therefore no answer from the customer support center. so it sounds as if it doesn't matter to them, and you expect people to order pizza from round table pizza, pro pre-announcement, and also, they like to automatically respond to reviews like these, so it seems they care, but not really. pretty filigree automation knit. I hope that yelp/google does not perform automated tracking this.

I ask you to have made it new, and now the manager who sits at the bar, watch college basketball and eat a bag of lay chips, I'm sorry if they want a fresh one, they have to order another. was before place 2/26/2022 @5:20pm.
Would not deliver to the room at hyatt, but not pro warned me, and I added 5 to the top to bring up space. pizza was excellent.
