Wow! didn't realize how close this was to Hollywood Dog Spa. This is OC Alpine Village and more. I walked into the store and I was like OMG I wish I had my cooler. Lots of Bavarian products everywhere freezer, refrigerators, deli section, shelves, bakery, you name it, they have it all. Ahhh 1st thing I picked up was Mozart Marzipan Candy a $30 box filled with 2 types of candy. Then mustard, gerkins, Spatzel yes I kno... View all feedback.
What joshie C doesn't like about Biergarten At Old World Hb:
I miss Alpine Village for their deli meat but German Deli is much more than a deli, it has a wide selection of German groceries, has a bakery and a small deli. The beer and wine selection is not as good as Alpine Village sadly, but it's the only place to go now that Alpine Village in Torrance is closed. View all feedback.
It is another experience with German food, environment and music. I was there a couple of years ago and finally made a trip to Huntington Beach to be back at the Oktoberfest. We're definitely going back.
Went to a Erotic City’s (don’t think too much) Prince tribute night. Great place, great indoor layout dance floor. Beautiful out door seating, full of features and surprises, fire pit, tv for different sports etc etc. Does hurt it’s inside old world village. Overall we had a good night.
We rented this venue for our wedding, and we invited about 550 guests, and this place would be able to accommodate even more what was great. The outdoor area was very authentic. The location is near the highway and has many parking spaces. This place is great to host great events, we really enjoyed the place. Thanks Arpeni for your beautiful hospitality and help.
I thought we should visit a beer garden during this Christmas holiday (as the Germans would say). Had a good time, cold outside, crowd can row, beer you know. Eat some German scarf and of course beer. All in all, good memories.
Excellent place for German food; plus also for family members (or friends) come together here in SoCal.
