Abbot's Elm - Feedback

What Leah Lewis likes about Abbot's Elm:
I had never visited this venue before and was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the food. It was so beautifully presented and delicious. The friend I was with, and I had 2 starters each instead of a main course I loved the soft shell crab tempura and then the eggs Benedict with Parma ham. Food quality quite poor generally a bit bland and overcooked. Despite nice looks from the outside the pub really lacks atmosphere hard to put your finger on but I think a combination of bright lighting, lack of soft furnishings and no music meant it felt pretty sterile. View all feedback.
