Catering to both vegans and meat-lovers alike, the seasonal menu boasts a variety of flavorful dishes, including customizable bratwurst plates and vibrant vegetable sides. Patrons rave about the excellent beer selection and warm, inviting atmosphere. Exceptional service is a consistent highlight, further enhancing the dining experience. This cozy German-style tavern is perfect for casual lunches or leisurely dinners, making it a must-visit destination for those exploring the charming local area. Whether for brunch or dinner, Jagerberg promises a memorable outing.
We adore this restaurant! We visit during the off-season, so we never have trouble getting a table. It can be a bit noisy, but the staff is incredibly welcoming. The food is delicious and the drinks are fantastic. Definitely one of our top choices in the area.
The restaurant offers deliciously authentic German schnitzels, wursts, sauerkraut, cabbage, rosti, and flammenkuchen - a German version of pizza with sweet caramelized onions, smoky bacon, and alpine cheese. The German beer selections are great, and they have a wide variety of after dinner schnapps, liqueurs, and digestifs. The servers are friendly and hardworking, moving up and down the stairs all night with a cheerful attitude. It's the best place for apres-ski, apres-hike, or apres-anything.
Michele provided exceptional service at this restaurant. The atmosphere was great and the location was perfect. We dined in for lunch and the price per person ranged from $30 to $50. The food, service, and atmosphere were all rated a perfect 5 stars.
Excellent food and service! We were so happy with everything we ordered (especially the seasonable veggies, the wurst platter and the pork chops), and the waitress was so helpful. It was already packed by 6pm on a Saturday (wet day out so imagine some people spent the afternoon there), so a reservation is recommended if visiting on a weekend. Would definitely come back if we’re in the area again! Food: 5
I absolutely adore Jaegerberg! The food and cocktails are consistently delicious, and the staff is top-notch. Be sure to inquire about their special lobster and steak nights. Service: Eat-in dining Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $30–50
