Pizza Hut - Humboldt

We cried in an evening in May and were so disgusting with service from which we will never buy or return to this restaurant! The waitress spilled a whole glass of sweet tea before me and in my purse where my phone was! I can understand that an accident happens, but she said it wasn't her first time to spill a customer. Fortunately, my phone wasn't damaged when I thought it was. THEN, after 40 minutes wait for pizza that wasn't even in the oven, but we decided to go. I was told that I would be contacted by the manager..

They need help,ordered a large pan pizza to go. very greasy soaked through the cardboard,the crust was very thick with a rolled edge onions thin sliced red onion,not yellow,not a pan pizza. they have lost their way,we drove 7 miles for this,new to the neighborhood,not go back.

Might have gone too late but pizza was cold, salad bar had big chunks of lettuce,cucumbers were soggy, breadsticks were hard as a rock!!!

Place is always disgusting. Half of the dine in area is always littered with employee’s food, drinks, jackets and pretty sure I saw a blanket in the floor last night. Online orders are never ready at the time estimated so don’t rush to get up there. I’ve gotten home countless times with completely wrong pizzas so be sure to check them yourself before you head home. Employees are NOT professional in their behavior, language or attitudes. We love the Pizza Hut brand but this location is desperate for new management and oversight.

It smelled like dirty carpet. The windows were so dirty you couldn't see out. There were only 3 partial pizzas on bar and they were not fresh. But the staff was friendly.
