Zero Degrees - Humble

Nice place for quick bites or a midday snack while shopping. Advertising Mae it seem like there were tons of flavors to be had on popcorn chicken, but there's one salt or some other flavor. Chicken was cooked perfectly and seasoned well though. Menus don't really explain what you're getting so I ordered the carne asada fries not knowing there were tomatoes on it (severe allergies) so I had to toss those. Didn't realize it until I got back to work. The peach green tea was very good !!! Definitely going back for that. All in all, now I know what kind of place this is ads are really misleading) , I know what to expect and how to order things.

That's place is awesome. The first and corn was delicious. We also had the mangonada and the watermelon.

I came to this location, having been to others and it absolutely sucked. The AC has gone out and they have fans just blowing around hot air. I feel bad for the workers. Talked to one of them and they said it’s been out since the beginning of the month at least. I received my order and the food wasn’t even sauced or seasoned right. My elote was dry and hadno lime, and barely any hot sauce or mayo. And my wings weren’t even coated fully they just drizzled sauce. I came during a week day afternoon and I can’t imagine how this place is even still open! At least the drinks were good everything else was a 0/10.

Food and drinks were alright (at this location at least). Tried the humble location out and the experience was disappointing. Had a few people working, wasn’t busy at all. They weren’t welcoming at all, didn’t greet us. They seemed miserable to be there. I got up there to order; he just stood there till I spoke, didn’t ask me “hey what can I get for you” or anything like that. They didn’t have certain drinks that are listed on the website which was disappointing. He didn’t offer any solution or similar drinks.. just waited for me to finish my order and said ok. &handed me my receipt. I still left a cash tip and he didn’t seem appreciative at all. Where is the customer service at? I thanked him and I got no response. If you want a good customer experience and better quality drinks; I’d make the drive to another location… the ambience sucks, workers are unfriendly and horrible people skills…. I was so disappointed I wasted my time writing this review in the parking lot.

Zero Degrees has the yummiest drinks. Staff is always very nice about adding extra strawberries to my drink. It is very clean and they are fast with the orders.
