It was almost like the oysters shrank when I bit into them, and they were very tough when I tried to chew them. When I called the next morning, I asked for the manager and was placed on hold for more than 16 minutes. When I called back, she knew it was me and didn't even answer the phone appropriately, and just stated that she knew I had been on hold for a while. I asked for the district manager's phone number and was told that she couldn't give out that info and did NOT ask for my contact info so the district manager could call me. However, when I called the other stores, the did NOT offer to take my info either. I FINALLY located him at the Humble store, but it took him an unreasonable amount of time to refund my money. He was having to get into the Conroe store's info.

My oysters were over cooked until they no longer existed and service was horrible. I asked Do you have any lemon? and she point to a lemon juice container so basically there 's no fresh lemon here but they want to sell seafood. I 'm completely over this $hit. Something is different about this place and I hate it. I won 't be returning EVER. What a waste of time, I 'm literally disgusted.

Number 1, the food is excellent, full of flavor and lots of food on the plate. I finished my food (2 catfish filets, grilled sausage, red beans and rice and shrimp) hut had to roll out when done there was so much. My wife ended up taking home half the crab legs and almost half the shrimp she had so much on her plate. I enjoyed the food so much! I see there is a location in North Texas so now I am going to try one a hit closer to home!

The floors, tables, and condiment bottles were all sticky, creating an uncomfortable, tacky feeling throughout the restaurant. It got to the point where I had to wash my arms and hands after leaving. 2. The sweet tea was disappointing, and it felt like it had been that way for some time. 3. The food was surprisingly bland, which I had never experienced before. I was genuinely taken aback by the decline in quality. I'm not sure what led to this sudden drop, but I hope it's resolved soon. I used to really enjoy dining here.

First and foremost, the food was exceptional—full of flavor and served in generous portions. I thoroughly enjoyed my meal, which included two catfish fillets, grilled sausage, red beans and rice, and shrimp. It was so filling that I could barely move after! My wife also had quite a bit left over; she took home half of her crab legs and nearly half of her shrimp. I was genuinely impressed by the food! I noticed they have a location in North Texas, so I'm looking forward to trying one closer to home soon!
