While my two burgers were being prepared, I witnessed an unsettling incident. The cashier removed her gloves, went to the back, put on a new pair, and then handled my bread with her fingers in a very strange manner, almost as if she were playing the piano. Shocked by this behavior, I approached a nearby gentleman and asked him to discard that bread and prepare a fresh one. Although he pretended to do so, I noticed he didn’t actually replace it. Concerned about the hygiene of my food, I politely requested the cashier not to make my sandwiches due to her improper handling. In response, she confronted me with an attitude, asking what my problem was. I calmly explained that her actions were rude and unacceptable, especially regarding my food. Her denial only escalated the situation. This marked the worst customer service experience I’ve had in a long time. When I asked the gentleman in the back for the cashier's name, he gave me a false name that did not match the initials I saw on the register, AM. This was quite unsettling, especially since Five Guys was the only burger place I trusted and frequented. Due to the disrespectful and careless behavior of their staff, I can no longer consider them my go-to burger joint. Normally, I would let such incidents slide and contact the manager, but this time, I felt the need to reach out to customer service instead. The scale of this incident is not something that can be easily overlooked or resolved. I sincerely hope that Five Guys reevaluates its hiring practices and finds better ways to prioritize customer satisfaction. As a result of this experience, both my husband and I are no longer loyal customers.

This behavior shocked me, and I approached a gentleman in the same area, asking him to discard the contaminated bread and prepare a fresh one. Although he pretended to replace the buns, I clearly saw that he did not. Concerned about the hygiene of my meal, I politely asked the cashier not to make my sandwiches due to her improper handling of the food. Instead of addressing my concern professionally, she confronted me defensively, questioning what my problem was. I calmly explained that her actions were inappropriate, particularly in how they affected my food. Unfortunately, her denial only escalated the situation further. This incident resulted in the worst customer service experience I’ve had in a long time. When I inquired about the cashier's name from the gentleman in the back, he gave me a fake name that did not match the initials I found on the register, A.M. This revelation was quite unsettling, especially since Five Guys had been the only burger place I trusted and frequented. Due to the disrespectful and careless conduct of their staff, I can no longer consider them my go-to burger joint. Typically, I would let such matters slide and discuss my concerns with the management, but this time I felt it necessary to reach out to customer service. This incident is too significant to be overlooked or brushed aside. I sincerely hope that Five Guys reevaluates their hiring process and finds better ways to prioritize customer satisfaction. I really enjoyed the burgers, and the fries were exceptional as usual. Keep in mind that their small burgers are about the same size as most competitors' regular burgers.

The burger sizes at Five Guys have drastically decreased! I remember when their burgers were substantial, and although they were pricey, they were worth it. I just paid $55.14 for what appear to be three child-sized cheeseburgers. I'm utterly dissatisfied, and Five Guys should be embarrassed for deceiving their customers like this!
