Half of the items were missing, there were only about eight cold chips in the bag, and the chicken looked and tasted like it had been cooked weeks ago. This place really needs to shut down.

I don’t usually wri... read more Almost every time my friend and I visit KFC, we wait over 10 minutes to be served, and we always have to complain about the food being cold. I don’t usually write reviews, but our last visit was by far the worst. Despite having several staff members working, it still took more than 15 minutes to be served. When I showed a survey code on my phone, a staff member took it from my hand without asking and started pressing buttons before slamming my phone down on the counter. A trainee shift manager then came over, and when I asked her to explain what happened, she just grinned and didn’t apologize. The customer service was absolutely unacceptable.

The KFC locations in the city center and York should visit here to learn how to properly run a KFC. The menu was well-managed and offered great options.
