We always enjoy the egg fried rice, Cantonese chicken, satay prawns, and chow mein – all bursting with flavor. Growing up in a family that runs a Chinese takeaway in the south of England, I've experienced both traditional and takeaway Chinese food, and I can confidently say Hartoft is my favorite and go-to takeaway in Hull. The staff are very friendly, making it a top recommendation for anyone nearby. The prawn crackers were enjoyable, and my child liked the chicken nuggets meal. The curry sauce and noodles were both underwhelming. The egg fried rice was average.
