We started with... read more After a long week of work, we spent a little time along the water to decompress. After that, we chose Schooners for a couple of their specials. We started with the Calamari, which was lightly breaded and hit the spot. My wife selected the Sausage Orecchiette, which was hot, nicely spiced, and plentiful. I went with an End Cut of Prime Rib. It looked perfect, but it was barely warm. I had a small bite or two before our very nice server returned. By that time, I had trimmed off the small amount I knew would be enough for dinner to be warmed in the kitchen the rest wld be snacks or meals for the next few days. Our server returned with my heated pieces of the End Cut and more unnecessary apologies, and they were very good. Normally, this could have been more upsetting, but given the end of a long week, and some relaxing time along the water, why bother getting worked up? Everything worked out fine in the end. Return visit on 9/27 Prime Rib again for me great flavor on the End Cut, and it was hot! I made it thru
