I had the worst red beef curry I've ever experienced—only half of the container was filled with bland sauce, and there was more broccoli than anything else. The sushi was just average. For $38, I expected much more! I won't return until you improve your offerings and provide decent portions that actually resemble and taste like what we're ordering. Very disappointed. I recently visited Dalat to grab some sushi, having checked online and seen that they opened at 4 PM. When I arrived at 4:35 PM, however, the door was locked. I noticed people inside, so I knocked on the door. A staff member eventually came to the entrance, and I inquired about the situation, mentioning that I thought they opened at 4 PM. The employee brusquely replied that they were actually opening at 5 PM today. In a world where misinformation is rampant, it was disheartening to see it reflected in the restaurant experience. The staff member was quite rude and indifferent. Overall, my experience felt reminiscent of a Jean L. piece. If you're looking for a dining experience marked by rudeness and a dismissive attitude, Dalat is the place for you.

Clean, fresh and delicious. Dalat is a wonderful family business. Always a warm welcome. Always a great meal. Great spot anytime of year.
