What Andrea McDowell doesn't like about Blazer's-n-hull:
This place used to have some great wings now it’s all about being fast. The wings are pre cooked and re dropped so they are either really soggy or extremely over cooked. Their fries are the same either potato chips or soggy n floppy. Just cook the wings to order like you used to and the quality will go back up. Not to forget the cashiers are very rude and nasty to people not me, I was standing behind a lady watching... View all feedback.
The wings are great. Waiting for an order is also good. And the customer is treated well.
I called at the last minute to have my husband some hot wings for the Georgia game and they were very happy to assist me. The food was amazing. Will definitely be back.
Always get wings from here. Usually multiple flavors in one order. Never ever have had undercooked or overcooked issues. Best wings my family has found. Eat here atleast once a week. Recommend getting the hot honey bqq or regular bbq. Sauces are velvety and stick to the wings. We have rewarmed the wings and they're fantastic the next day!!! Girls in the window have never been an issue. Do recommend to friends and family!
Friday, 10 September 2021, I called in an order for 50 lemon pepper wings. When I got back home and the family began to have lunch, I noticed a few issues. First, the amount of celery/carrots was better suited for an order of about 10 pieces. Second, the celery was limp. One bite and I knew the celery was spoiled. Other pieces were brown and worse than the first. Last, if someone is paying $1/wing, make absolute sure they're getting what they pay for! I was shorted one wing this time. While that may not seem like a lot at first, it adds up!
They have very TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. These girls are VERY rude. You can tell it definitely family managed. I say that because they are to comfortable with disrespecting the customers. Like, there will be no consequences for their actions, so I'll do y'all as I please type of service. What I hate now is that it definitely depends on who's working at the place to determine how the food will be. I also stop trusting them as well. Their attitudes are so nasty, I feel like they'll drop the food put it in the bag or spit in it (my opinion). You can order extra crispy and the wings come out like chewing gun. They're normally undercook or overcooked...THERE IS NO IN BETWEEN. My last order, I went home and air fried the wings for about 8 minutes and they were good afterwards. Blazers used to be our EVERY Friday night meal but we never eat there. We STOP GOING. I'm not spending $60+ for this type of service. I went bought a deep fryer I do my own wings now.
