I visited this evening and greeted the two employees, but was completely ignored. Neither of them made eye contact or acknowledged me while I waited for one to put on gloves. I ultimately decided not to order and walked out. Why would I spend my money at a place that can’t even say hello to a customer? I believe there's a significant opportunity for the manager or owner to help their staff appreciate the importance of good customer service. There are plenty of other options available.

I visited the restaurant on Friday, May 20, 2022, just before 5 PM. The shorter Caucasian server noticed there was hardly enough tuna in the bowl for my sandwich and bluntly said, "We're out of tuna." Instead of preparing a fresh bowl, she kept swiping at the nearly empty one. When I asked about it, she insisted I got my two scoops, but they were more like two half scoops. However, this review isn't solely about the tuna; it's about the way I was treated, which came across with a clear air of disdain for even asking. This was honestly the first time I encountered a Subway employee who didn’t make an effort to be fair or pleasant. I guess I should have expected this since I was wearing gym clothes. It seems I made a mistake by choosing the Hugo Subway.

This will be the first and last time I order from here. My sandwich looks like it was stepped on; it’s hardly assembled properly.

I dropped by for an early lunch, and Destiny made our sandwiches. It was a great experience—she was professional and crafted our sandwiches just the way we wanted, all while keeping a positive attitude. Destiny’s customer service was exceptional! We will definitely return!
