We could have spent... read more We finally had the chance to try this place the other day, and we loved it! The pizza was delicious, and the staff were incredibly friendly. We could have spent hours just chatting. This is a fantastic, down-to-earth establishment for great pizza—thank you so much! P.S. We ordered again tonight to celebrate the end of school, and the meat lovers pizza was amazing!

We have been using Marios since they opened, and I’ve always been an avid supporter even with the slower delivery times because usually it’s always the best foo... read more We have been using Marios since they opened, and I’ve always been an avid supporter even with the slower delivery times because usually it’s always the best food. Tonight it’s been almost two hours since we placed our order and it just came in, cold mushy, not worth a penny. Before it was delivered I called the office to see where it was at and the girl answered the phone and said they were closed and tried to hang up on me. I had to speak over her to tell her not to hang up on me and to assist me with figuring out where my food was. I asked for a refund and to cancel the order because if she’s saying they were closed. I didn’t think it was coming and again almost two hours later. She then proceeds to tell me it’s already gone out so there’s nothing that she can do and they’re closed at eight…mind you it was 7:40. So why is she answered the phone “Marios Pizza we are closed” before eight is flabbergasting. I’m not sure why she wouldn’t just be willing to help a customer that is a regular and has never complained before. My suggestion would be to get new employees, I can overlook slowness. I can even overlook the food not being satisfactory but the disrespect and the customer service was the cherry on top. Also she is supposed to be calling me back however, now it’s seven minutes till eight so I’m sure she’s probably not going to bc they are “closed”.
