After being seated, we waited for an entire hour without even being given a menu or a glass of water. We politely asked staff for assistance four separate times, but were completely ignored each time. What made the situation even more frustrating was that we were dining with two children under the age of 10. Despite this, there was no sense of urgency or basic courtesy shown by the staff. It felt as though we were invisible. After an hour of zero service, we decided to leave—having not received anything at all. We also noticed two other families leaving for the same reason during that time, which says a lot about the overall experience. I understand that it may be the end of the season (the restaurant was not busy), but that’s no excuse for a complete lack of customer service. If you’re unable to provide even the most basic level of attention to your guests, it raises serious questions about whether you should be operating at all. Truly unbelievable—I’ve never experienced anything like this before, and unfortunately, I won’t be returning.

Th... read more Le 2000 restaurant is a wonderful discovery. The welcome is particularly warm and genuine: you immediately feel at ease in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere. The dishes are excellent, flavorful, and prepared with care. The cuisine is generous and full of taste, making the experience as enjoyable as it is delicious. The setting, the ambiance, and the quality of service all contribute to making this a very pleasant place where you want to take your time and enjoy yourself. A welcoming restaurant that I recommend without hesitation.
