I take one star off for the fondue, it is a simple industrial preparation reheated and without wine, like you can find in the nearby Sherpa store. If cheese was grated at home, it certainly didn't end up in our fondue pot. Second star removed for the salad, parts of which were moldy. We were unable to identify the red vegetable that also made it up, it could have been red cabbage or beetroot, but the acidity made identification impossible. One star less for the bread, very far from what one would expect from a baguette in France. And I will end with the last star less for the charcuterie. It's clearly from the bottom of the supermarket aisle, tasting like other foods in the fridge and of questionable freshness. We didn't stay for dessert.
