In center of Huesca is this restaurant with perfect food. Today I ordered Estofado de Toro, day after salmon montañesa. Everything is so good.
A popular locals bar restaurant with a terrace area to sit and people watch. I had a tomato salad here along with Iberica pork shoulder with jalapeño peppers and potatoes, the food was delicious but the portions were too big for one person, I wish I had done some research into the names of the dishes, as I would like to have had a tapas selection, all the dishes are listed in Spanish, the waiter was helpful but had a limited English vocabulary, so I chose a couple of plates which when they arrived I thought oops. So unless you speak Spanish, have a babel fish, internet for google translate or a massive appetite be aware of this :D
