My husba... read more In the pedestrian center of this ancient town (Osca to the Romans), Tomatejamon offers original and delicious food: local roots with innovative twists. My husband started with a bacalao (codfish with mashed potatoes), I asked for a mixed green salad that they made even though it wasn't on the menu, practically a meal in itself. The main course was grilled rabbit with aioli sauce, delicious! We loved it.

They have some original fusion tapas, where they mix Spanish cuisine with Asian. I had a tomato salad here along with Iberica pork shoulder with jalapeño peppers and potatoes, the food was delicious but the portions were too big for one person, I wish I had done some research into the names of the dishes, as I would like to have had a tapas selection, all the dishes are listed in Spanish, the waiter was helpful but had a limited English vocabulary, so I chose a couple of plates which when they arrived I thought oops. So unless you speak Spanish, have a babel fish, internet for google translate or a massive appetite be aware of this :D
