Taverna Raw Plancha - Hudson

We had a really amazing experience in Taverna. Everything we had was extraordinary. The oysters were some of the best I had, partly because the accompaniments were so good. The lobster poutine was delicious, I would like to know how they made the French fries so good! I had the pineapple Mezcal Sour, which was just great, honestly one of the best cocktails I ever had. Our waitress helped make our night, she was such a treasure. We will definitely return to this jewel of a restaurant.

I dined in for dinner and had a mixed experience. The food was decent, earning a rating of 3 out of 5. However, the service was excellent, scoring a perfect 5. The atmosphere of the restaurant was also quite pleasant, giving it a solid 4. Overall, it was a decent evening out, with great service enhancing the experience.

I love this place. Eating is incredible. Drinks are delicious. The staff is friendly.

Moody and modern maritime inspired sophisticated decor. It's in a strip mall but they've made the best of it. Food was fresh and quite good served in delicate portions. Drinks were a delight. Service was warm and professional. Definitely visit this place in Hudson. It's the right spot between upscale and down to earth resto. Perfect for date night or lovely dinner with friends who enjoy this type of sitch.
