I was actu... read more The quality of the food has gone downhill. Two of my dining companions ordered chicken parmesan which was overcooked, burnt around the edges and dry. I was actually asked me to taste it to see if it was actually chicken because it was so thin and dry. I ordered bolognese ravioli. The ravioli was very good however the sauce was not bolognese. There was not any meat. I mentioned to the waitress the chicken parmesan was dry, she apologized and brought a free desert. We all decided we would not return to this restaurant.

For there it got wor... read more Normally Sofia is the best. This trip their team was anything but that. Even though I was there early it took several minutes to be seated. For there it got worse. Several minutes later I got to order a drink. After that I never had anyone stop by. I waited 23 minutes then got up and went to the bar and asked for my check. The waiter blamed the owner for not coming by. Owner blamed waiter. I asked please let me get check and leave. Not sure what happened as this was unusual for Sofia. Very stressful dining.

The only drawback was that we were sitting near the bar, which is where all the staff congregated to sit and talk, which is all well and fine when it's dead. Just maybe not somewhere out in the open right next to guests. However they did keep the conversation appropriate for the most part and were not overly loud. All in all a good experience and will be back.
